Pop-up in the park

1- 4 pm 28 September 2025

The Bellara Skate Park is located at Bribie Island Youth Centre, Sunderland Drive, Bellara. This is the largest skate park on Bribie Island, with a smaller park located at Woorim.

In late 2024, we asked for your feedback on the redesign and other ideas for the space.

Based on what you told us, we've developed a draft concept design for a new skate park precinct.

Key features of the draft concept design include:

🛹 urban street-style skate park, with some transition-style elements

🛴 a new pump track

⛹️‍♀️ resurfacing basketball halfcourt

😎 dedicated hangout space

🌳 shaded seating

🚴 improved pathways around the park.

The draft concept design is halfway complete. We want to know if we are on the right track.

You can:

Tell us what you think by 4 pm Wednesday 8 October 2025.

Have your say

There are two ways you can have your say. If you are short on time jump into option 1, if you have more to say then please complete option 2 as well.

  1. Rate the design features and share your thoughts.
  2. Explore the skate park and complete a short survey.

You can also learn more about what we heard from the community in 2024 and how it helped shape the current design.
