Thank you to the more than 300 people who attended one of our 12 drop-in information sessions where community members could meet with project team members and technical officers. Sessions were held along the Moreton Bay coastline at:

• Beachmere
• Griffin/Dohles Rocks
• Woorim (Bribie Island)
• Bongaree (Bribie Island)
• Toorbul
• Deception Bay
• Scarborough
• Donnybrook

Community members took the opportunity to tell us what they loved about their communities, their experiences of coastal hazards, and their concerns about future management of hazards in their local area. All of this, along with feedback from other community members, will help us develop a Coastal Hazard Adaptation Strategy that reflects the community’s values and preferences.
