Shaping our Disability Access and Inclusion Action Plan

At City of Moreton Bay, we’re committed to creating a community that is accessible. Since 2018, our Disability Access and Inclusion Plan (DAIP) has helped guide positive changes across our city. Read the plan here.

It’s now time to develop a new plan that will guide us to becoming a highly accessible city in the future.

Community engagement summary available

Between July and August 2025, we consulted with the community to gather feedback and ideas for a new Disability Access and Inclusion Plan. This marked the first phase of consultation.

Next steps

We are currently reviewing all feedback received, which will help inform the development of key actions in our new Disability Access and Inclusion Plan. A second phase of consultation, focused on the draft actions, will take place in mid‑2026.
