Community input is vital to shaping the future of our parks and recreation spaces. Your feedback, insights, and collaboration are helping us lay the groundwork for a master plan for Centenary Lakes.

In 2022, we invited sporting clubs, residents, and visitors to get involved through:

• adding comments to our online interactive map
• joining us at pop-up community displays and participating in activities like our ‘dotmocracy’ board
• providing feedback via email
• sporting clubs were invited to on-site meetings, a group workshop, and a targeted survey

Here’s what we heard:

• 115 comments on the interactive map
• over 100 conversations at pop-up events
• 414 stickers placed on the dotmocracy board
• meetings with 11 sporting clubs
