Ensuring young people's voices are represented in Moreton Says is critical. We're running the Moreton Says in Schools initiative to support student participation in Moreton Says and enable students to share their views and ideas with Council.

Ways you can get involved
Council staff come to your school and run a learning session with a class or cohort of students. The session will include:
- an overview of the diverse services and programs Council delivers across City of Moreton Bay (highlighting also the range of potential careers on offer)
- assistance to students as they complete the Moreton Says survey including information about why we are asking questions and what we will use the information for
- demonstration of the Moreton Says public data dashboard as a resource students can use to support their own studies.
Learning sessions are capped at a maximum of 10 schools per survey period.
Council will provide your school with a package of information sheets, videos and a student specific link (URL) to access the Moreton Says survey that teachers can use to complete the survey with students.
Interested in taking part? Here's what we need from you:

- help organising consent from parents or caregivers for students to participate in the Moreton Says survey

- ability to deliver the survey during Moreton Says survey period. See Program Timeline for key dates.
