We collect direct and indirect personal information through our registration process, demographic questions, on occasions through our engagement tools, and through our site usage analysis tools.

Sensitive Information
We collect your sensitive information including whether you consider yourself to have a disability and whether you are Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander to:

- send you tailored information about projects you may be interested in e.g. impacting your local area,
- understand the needs of different cohorts within our community.

Please also note that you are able to browse any publicly accessible sections of this website completely anonymously without signing up but you may not be able to participate in some of the online engagement tools without being a registered user.

The following Terms and Conditions govern the use of Your Say Moreton Bay. (“the site”). The software platform is owned by Social Pinpoint Pty Ltd and operated by us, City of Moreton Bay.
By accessing and using this site, you are choosing to accept and comply with the Terms presented throughout this agreement as well as the Privacy Policy and Moderation Policy. These Terms apply to all visitors and users of this site. Linked sites, affiliated services or third party content or software have their own Terms that you must comply with. If you disagree with any of the Terms presented in this agreement, you may discontinue using the site immediately.

What content do we own?
This website contains the copyrighted material, trademarks, patents, trade secrets and other proprietary information (“Intellectual Property”) of Council and its suppliers and licensors. Council owns and retains all proprietary rights in the intellectual property. Thank you for your interest in joining our online Your Say Moreton Bay community. By creating an account, you will be invited to participate in our city-wide Moreton Says surveys, notified of opportunities to have your say on projects that matter to you and given the opportunity to follow projects that you’re interested in and receive project updates.
Any feedback you provide on our site is subject to our privacy statement and will be used by project teams alongside best practice design principles, site constraints, project budgets and market quotes to determine what Council will deliver. We will always report back to you about how projects you’ve provided feedback on are progressing.
