You also told us that you want a positive, consistent experience when interacting with Council regardless of how or who you interact with.

We have listened and in our draft Organisational Excellence Strategy we propose to continue strengthening our governance frameworks to improve transparency and establish a customer experience model to deliver a more consistent and personalised experience for our communities.

We will also look to harness technology and gain more insights from our data to help improve our services and your experiences when interacting with us.

We invited community feedback on this draft strategy in February/March 2023. We are now considering all feedback received as we finalise the strategy for adoption.
